Floyd, owner of Fazdays Aluminum Polishing, introduces his 1984 K100 Aerodyne, which has approximately 634,000 original miles (0:42). He explains his work in aluminum polishing (1:09).

Floyd chose the cabover truck because it's unique and not commonly seen, especially the Aerodyne model (1:34). He details several modifications and features of the truck:

*Mirror Tint on Glass:* Floyd installed bus glass with custom mirror tint on all windows, including the top bunk, to make the truck stand out (2:21).

*Wheelbase:* The truck has a 290-inch wheelbase, which appears longer due to the cabover design (4:30).

*Restoration Process:* The truck sat for 25 years before Floyd began working on it. He moved it to his shop, where he discovered a broken wire in the 12-volt to 24-volt system, which he fixed to get it running (5:05).

*Back Half and Stretch:* The original back half of the truck was dry-rotted, so it was replaced with a Freightliner back half, allowing for the truck to be stretched (7:14). Kenworth of Louisiana performed the stretch (12:20).

*Paint Color:* Floyd chose a custom "creamier" cream color, a paint code shared by Phil Miller (8:56).

*Lighting:* The truck features New Gen lights, with seven on the roof, two on the sides, and two on the bumper. The running lights were converted into blinkers (10:24).

*Custom Parts from New Gen:* Many custom parts, including the stainless steel light balls, brackets, back fenders, and both front and back grills, were custom-made by New Gen in Port Island, Louisiana (11:01, 12:11, 12:30).

*JTX Wheels:* The truck has a unique set of JTX wheels, the only set ever made (14:25).

*"M2D" Name:* The truck is named "M2D" (In Too Deep) because every time one part was fixed, several more issues arose (13:02).

*"Ghost" Tribute:* A ghost graphic is placed on the truck in memory of the original owner, Keegan Sanchez, whose handle was "Ghost" (18:41, 20:07).

Floyd discusses the future plans for the truck, including potentially taking it to other shows like the Oldtown Rig Down and the Atlanta truck show (21:35). He also mentions his sons are skeptical about driving a cabover but he hopes one will eventually drive it (15:20).

Floyd also promotes his aluminum polishing business, which covers stainless steel, metal, and aluminum, and he travels anywhere customers are willing to pay (20:30). He has been polishing for about 10 years after driving heavy equipment for 18 years (21:01).
